The founder of Anmol groups, Sri P.K.Saraogi is an honorable and seasoned person, doyen of several organization and association of repute, he is Director of “KISAN  BIOTECH” (Agri-Sector). He has been an explorer and also  witnessed all the development in the agri-sector. He is an all-rounder of sorts, his far sight ness is behind the overall adaptation of multinational practices and procedures in manufacturing, marketing & sales and accounting. His strength is continuously responsible for notching the better slot for group. His greatest asset is his quick-wit. Group is moving towards global approach under his umbrella. His objective to promote among all customers and employees of the group a sense of participation, pride and job satisfaction, through discharge of their duties with dedication. He believe that the foundation of quality products and service delivery is motivated work force that is given the tools required for professional development. He is more particular on recruiting and retaining top performers in each business area.

Amit Kumar Saraogi
A young dynamic personalities holds a bachelor of engineering (Industrial Eng.) management degree from Bangalore University, might be only 28 and worthy heir to the  Anmol groups. He has over 7 years of experience in the feed industry, having gained hands on experience in various expects of business more specifically he has specialized skills of management, interaction with customer and HRD management. He likes to approach each new situations with an open mind feels he grows in knowledge with each passing days. Believed in treating customer as he likes to be treated, always providing personalized service and quality products. He is always ready to innovate and look forward to strategic collaboration with top notch in his path to wide expansion in the feed industries. He actively managed group performance by fostering open communication with both customer and employees alike. He believe in providing our clients with complete visibility into their program status.

He is well travelled and he visited USA last year, The International Livestock and Feed Production Course, Sponsored by, Utah State University, Novus International, ASA- United Soyabean Board and China, Europe and all over South East Asia four months earlier and met with company delegates who are working in this field.

He always review the group performance and holds the manager accountable for customer service and satisfaction. He conduct group business operation in highly ethical manner.

His endeavour to provide utmost satisfaction to our customer by coming up to their expectation and remain at the leading edge of the market to serve them most.
